A group fitness class at USF St. Petersburg is a fun and effective way of staying in shape. There are many group fitness classes offered by the campus recreation department, including Yoga and Total Body Strength. USF fitness instructors have been trained to instruct classes for all fitness levels. Here's the list of most-popular classes.
