Prakriti

Sutra Yoga uses the word "Prakriti" to mean "creative energy" in Sanskrit. The root kam is the source of Kama Sutra. Prakriti refers to the essence of everything. It is composed of three aspects: Rajas and Tamas. Rajas is the first energy, and it is the one that is responsible for initiating initiation. The second energy is tamas. This is dense but inert.

Nirvitarka

Nirvitarka, also known as the ability to live in this moment without being influenced by past experiences, is the term used. This involves clearing our minds of all thoughts, letting go any attachments and reducing unnecessary mental activity. The practice of nirvitarka in sutra Yoga is an important one to reach samadhi.
